Yoghurt Sandwich Bread

220g whole wheat flour
150g unbleached white flour
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
100ml plain yoghurt
2/3 cup water
1 tsp yeast
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl of a mixer and knead for 5 minutes.
Cover the bowl and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and shape it to a 9 by 15 rectangle.
Roll the rectangle as you pinch the edge to make a loaf shape.
Put it into a loaf pan and let it rest for another 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 and bake the bread for 40 minutes.
