Raw fudge coconut balls

  • 70 grams cup ground walnut and 20 grams chopped walnut
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Mix everything together, keep mixing till the mixture come together, resist the temptation to add more honey or oil.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the fridge.

Form in to balls and chill 2 hours or overnight.
If you first measure your coconut oil, it’ll coat the spoon and the honey will slide off easy.

Enjoy them with black coffee or tea. They will keep in the fridge for 1 week.

Tip: If you use dutch processed cocoa powder, their color will be lighter than mine.

The light brown ones are made with almond, raisin and cinnamon, we didn’t like them as much so if you want let me know to post the recipe for you.
