Ground Beef Kebabs

300 grams lean ground beef
1 onion grated
1 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tomatoes
pinch of saffron

Mix the ground beef, onion and spices and flatten in a nonstick pan.
Use a spatula and cut the beef mixture into strips.
Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, if there is too much juice in the pan, remove it with a small teaspoon.
Add 2 tsp oil to the pan and turn down the heat to medium.
Cook for another 3 minutes.
Flip the Kebabs, add 1 tsp oil if you need to. and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Remove the kebab from the pan and keep warm.
Add the tomato slices to the same pan, sprinkle with saffron and turn off the heat.
Flip the tomatoes and serve them on the kebabs.
You can serve it with steam rice or make sandwiches with mayo, lettuce and pickles.
